Magic Bag Neck-to-Back Hot amp; Cold Compress helps to relieve and soothe stress and pain with comforting heat or treats injury pains with cold therapy. The pack is quickly and easily heated and radiates heat for up to 30 minutes. This pack is comfortable and U-shaped so that it perfectly fits the neck and back region for targeted relief. Like all Magic Bag products, this product is 100% natural and reusable.

Hot: To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30 seconds, remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total heating time should not exceed 3 minutes (maximum of six 30 second intervals). Make sure temperature is comfortable to the touch before applying to the skin. Cold: Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer and apply directly to skin. Magic Bag can also be stored in the freezer in a plastic bag. Use only as directed. Individuals suffering from diabetes or any other health problem should consult a doctor before using. Not for children under 3 years of age.
